Capital Swimmers in Europe with the Aquablacks 18/09/2013 02:14pm

As part of their preparations for the world swimming champs in Barcelona in July our Capital swimmers have been competing in the two of the three meets that make up the annual Mare Nostrum series – named after the ancient Roman name for the Mediterranean Sea – the first in Barcelona and the second in Canet. And they’ve been doing very well.

Fisher Shines in Aussie 18/09/2013 02:00pm

Mary Fisher and Director of Coaching Craig Albery travelled to the Sunshine Coast as preparation for the Paralympics World Championships which is about to be held in Montreal, Canada in August. Mary then competed in the New South Wales Metropolitan Short Course Championships where she broke an amazing 3 World Short Course records.
