Capital swimmer sets new challenges after the 2015 Jetstar Super Swim Squad camp

The recent ANZAC day weekend saw Jetstar bring together Capital Junior Gold squad swimmer Tamrah Titcombe and 29 other children and their parents to Auckland to the Jetstar Super Swim Squad three-day camp.

The children aged 8-10 years old were given the opportunity to connect with their swimming heroes and receive expert tuition over three days, from some of this country’s elite swimmers and coaching team led by Rick Wells, Nathan Capp, Kane Radford and Charlotte Webby.

Tamrah earned her place in the squad by winning for the 3rd consecutive year, the female State Ocean 200m swim race in Wellington in January 2015.

Tamrah is now considering next year’s State Ocean Series events and is looking to swim the 1km event in Wellington as well as the 2.9km Harbour Crossing in Auckland along with her Dad and two of her friends and their Dads who all met at the last three swim camps.
